My opinion is that you need to come to terms and cut your losses and do the de-mod if you really need to sell it.
Like I said I'm an SS/Camaro man. They are part of the NASCAR tradition.
I have always thought of the pontiac firebird/formula/TA/WS6/Firehawk as a foo foo car and thats just the way I feel.
I mean c'mon .. a flared nostril hood gives it respectable seriousness?
But since I do have over $30k to spend, I can barely bring myself to buy any F-body as they are kids cars to me now.
However, I miss my 2001 Camaro SS, thus I will buy a $14-$16k 2001 SS to modify in the tradition of NASCAR as I still have the "badly bitten bug."
Right now I'm going to call this guy and see what he wants for his 2002 Z06 with 11,000 miles that even the high bidder corporate buyer didn't continue to bid on.

you my friend are a shitrod....what respectable man uses the words foo foo; and are you implying that this hawk is not respectable due to flared nostrils. This is one of the most badass cars out there and nice comment on Nascar you nub...the car is worth upper 20s and dont come here flooding his thread with your bullshit and turning off potential buyers..its either you want the car or you dont...shove your opinion up your rusty penny.

By the way the car's price was brought down to 27k.
Had alot of people call about the car ever since I dropped the price down to that.
Mainly people from AutoTrader online.
Have one guy from Missisippi, that is really interested. So i will see if this pans out.

Took a nice hefty deposit tonight!
