URGENT!! MUST SELL, '99 z28 383 LS1 11 SEC CAR. 9,300
as you can see i have had this car posted for a little while on here.. suddenly i HAVE to sell it though..(personal problems) here is the breakdown of the car:..
(this is the breakdown i had on ebay)
99 z28 m6 5.3 heads 383 eagle crank and rods je pistons bored only .005" 36# injectors, g5x3 112 cam, ceramic mid tube headers, lid, electric cutout, edelbrock tq arm, and hp tuners. the new engine has approx. 8000 miles on it and runs strong just cant afford the insurance.. **special** if you use buy it now i will include my sony viao super thin laptop modelpcg-z505je will also include the hp tuners tuning program on the laptop and the cable connector to plug into the car's vcm! laptop will come with dvd drive 3 1/2 floppy drive and port replicator. appearance= RS body kit, angel eyes, cf tails, billet grill.. badges taken off but i kept them if you want them rear tires were purchased in december of 2004 so they are pretty new with plenty of wear left as you can see in the pics (85%+).. front tires i just bought 4 days ago so they are perfect. 8k miles on engine and transmission rebuild and 76k on chassis. car looks great, no scratches at all!! one or two small dents (barely noticeable) and a few rock chips on the hood (there are only 5 small rock chips) also reverse has started to grind.. it was the only gear i didnt replace when the rebuild was done 8000 miles ago.. I REPLACED ALL FORWARD GEARS AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER, the tranny is PERFECT otherwise.. the car looks excellent inside and out.. over $ 32,000 invested in car!! oh yeah couple mods i forgot were the new block and the new polyurethane motor mounts.. the block has bout the same miles as the rotating assmebly and the tranny and all the other mods. 8k miles. the cam was a tick over 235duration and a tick over 600 lift. big cam! i actually had lots of help tuning this car from a guy in dallas that i can hook you up with for future tuning, he knows his stuff but he works for cheap, so it wasnt done sloppy. the car is in pristine condition! ready to roar. also the car has a new die hard battery!! i also have the laptop with the tuning program on it.. the laptop is practically new!!! also couple more mods i have forgotten... i have just had some polyurethane motor mounts installed because i had the engine pulled to replace the windage tray.. i got an aftermarket windage tray.. jegs claims that the proper windage tray could add up to 20 hp and it was only 26$ but the installation price on it and the poly motor mounts turned out to be a lot more than expected.. oh well i like the way the mounts have taken away the sloppiness of the motor twisting when i push the accelerator and the windage tray i cant really tell a whole lot about but it was supposed to circulate the oil better so i am glad of that! no dry spots ever it claims. when you nail it without a windage tray the front of the crank goes dry supposedly, which makes sense, so now it will be much more lubricated according to jegs. competition cam's push rods and dual layer valve springs.must start considering partial trades, friend of mine is looking for a v-6 camaro or old school mustang or fox body or something.. he is basically looking for something kinda cheap to start with as a project car.. if you have something and would like to try and work out a partial trade let me know because i could always trade you and then turn around and sell the car to my friend.. email or call with any questions.. my phone number is (903)720-9178 give me a call at any time to discuss the car! thanks. ps. sorry about the bug spots on the front, drove from the car wash to the house to take pics and hit a few bugs on the way and didnt notice til the pics were uploaded to ebay. those arent scratches! dont forget you will be getting a nice laptop computer with this car if you use buy it now, plus all of the software!!! EDIT: TONIGHT I LET A GUY IN TOWN TEST DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN VERY SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING THE CAR FOR QUITE SOMETIME.. THE CAR RAN LIKE A DREAM HE SAID AND HE ALSO PROMISED TO BUY THE CAR FOR 12,400 WITH THE LAPTOP, SO I SAID SURE.. HE SAID HE HAD THE MONEY IN THE BANK BUT I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE A CHECK SO WE DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY AND WE WOULD GO TO THE BANK TOGETHER AND SIGN ALL OF THE PAPERWORK.. WELL ANYWAY, ABOUT 4 HRS. LATER I GO OUT TO HANG OUT WITH SOME FRIENDS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE TYPE TO WATCH MY GAUGES RELIGIOUSLY SO I NOTICED A SMALL DROP IN OIL PSI, BUT DECIDED TO KEEP GOING SINCE IT WAS STILL OVER 25 PSI.. I GOT OUT WHERE ALL THE GUYS WERE HANGING OUT AND JUST A FEW HRS AGO WHEN I DECIDED TO LEAVE, I HOPPED IN THE CAR, FIRED RIGHT UP LIKE ALWAYS.. BUT I REMEMBERED THE OIL PROBLEM SO I LOOKED DOWN AND IT WAS REALLY LOW SO I KILLED THE CAR AND TRAILERED IT HOME.. I AM ABOUT TO LEAVE FOR COLLEGE IN 2 WEEKS AND I AM REALLY REALLY TIRED OF MESSING AROUND, I NEED THE MONEY TO PAY TUITION AND OTHER BILLS!!! I HAVE TO SELL EVEN THOUGH IT WILL BE FOR AN UNREASONABLY LOW PRICE.. I THINK WHAT IS WRONG IS THE OIL PUMP BUT NOT SURE, I AM JUST READY TO BE DONE WITH IT.. bump for a well built camaro! do you still have the stock head and tail lights? and is the car emmissions legal...in MO they are SUPER **** about emmissions.

Edit: Tonight I Let A Guy In Town Test Drive The Car Because He Has Been Very Serious About Buying The Car For Quite Sometime.. The Car Ran Like A Dream He Said And He Also Promised To Buy The Car For 12,400 With The Laptop, So I Said Sure.. He Said He Had The Money In The Bank But I Didnt Want To Take A Check So We Decided To Wait Until Monday And We Would Go To The Bank Together And Sign All Of The Paperwork.. Well Anyway, About 4 Hrs. Later I Go Out To Hang Out With Some Friends. I Have Always Been The Type To Watch My Gauges Religiously So I Noticed A Small Drop In Oil Psi, But Decided To Keep Going Since It Was Still Over 25 Psi.. I Got Out Where All The Guys Were Hanging Out And Just A Few Hrs Ago When I Decided To Leave, I Hopped In The Car, Fired Right Up Like Always.. But I Remembered The Oil Problem So I Looked Down And It Was Really Low So I Killed The Car And Trailered It Home.. I Am About To Leave For College In 2 Weeks And I Am Really Really Tired Of Messing Around, I Need The Money To Pay Tuition And Other Bills!!! I Have To Sell Even Though It Will Be For An Unreasonably Low Price.. I Think What Is Wrong Is The Oil Pump But Not Sure, I Am Just Ready To Be Done With It..
