F/S 2000 Pewter SS cash/trade I'm selling my 2000 Pewter Camaro SS I just purchased in June. I'm having financial issues and need more of a "family" car. I'm looking to trade/cash for a 2000-05 Monte Carlo SS or a Jetta/Passat/Golf TDI.
I'm asking 14,500 obo for the Camaro. 53,000 miles. The car is in supurb condition. It has all the options I can think of, Ebony leather, t tops, auto, traction control, fog lights. It also came lowered when I purchased it with Eibachs and Bilsteins and a catback. I dont know what type of catback as I purchased the vehicle from a dealer, not from the previous owner. The vehicle is also an SLP car as it has a sticker on both doors. Here are some cell phone pics from the outside. If anyone is seriously intersted please contact me. I'm willing to work out a deal with anyone. I financed the car and still owe money on it. Car must go.

Bump.. car is still for sale. Non paying bidders on ebay suck.
I dumped the car down to $11,500 as the absolute lowest I will go. Will consider other trades... not just the ones listed above.

that's an incredible deal! I'm sorry you can't find anyone interested cause it's a sweet car. If I lived anywhere near NY I'd be all over it but I'm in Miami. Best of luck!

You are bidding on my Pewter (Metallic Gold) 2000 Camaro SS. I just purchased this baby on June 25, 2005 as a birthday present to myself. Times have changed and I'm putting money down on property so this baby has to go. Vehicle history... I bought the vehicle from Amity Nissan on Long Island. It had 47,292 miles. When I ran a carfax it had 2 previous owners, both from Long Island. I used this car ONLY on weekends. Currently it has just a tad over 54,400 miles. They were all highway miles from my residence in Brooklyn out to Long Island on summer days. ( I have another vehicle for weekdays) All oil changes (2 going on 3) have been done using Castrol Syntec and a high quality filter, by myself. I dont like others touching or working my car. I do my own maintenance on all my cars. Tires were balanced and thats about the only things I have done with this car. Everything else has run like a charm. I love this car to death but it has to go.
In 2000 only 451 Camaro SS's with an Automatic were built. This is a very rare car that will surely gain value with time. Especially with the SLP package.
This car has Ebony leather, traction control, ABS, T tops (no leaks), SS package, Monsoon CD with 6 speaker system, leather wrapped steering wheel with steering wheel mounted radio controls, cruise control, dual airbags, power drivers seat, and keyless entry . It also has some SLP options (SLP stickers are on both doors) including: Chrome wheels, catback exhaust, lowered on Eibachs and Bilsteins, subframe connectors and a MTI lid with a K&N. I have not put one mod on this car, all were on the car. I also have a new empty 10" stealthbox which I'll include to the winning bidder.
The engine burns no oil, tranny shifts fine. There is not a thing wrong with this car other than the third brake light behind held on with tape... once again it came like that with car and hairline crack in the bumper and drivers side turn signal.. again bought again in this condition.
Any questions can be answered by email. I will respond as quickly as possible. Car will have a reserve. The vehicle is currently financed through a credit union. I have spoken to a loan officer at the credit union and as soon as payment is sent, I will go and get the lein payoff letter and vehicle is gone. I have all other DMV transer/sale documents signed and ready to go.

As I posted in another thread, I'm looking for a car for a friend. This is pretty much his dream car and a steal to boot. He is looking to move up from his '02 Monte Carlo (not an ss) to an F-Body and has always liked the '00-'02 SS. I'm letting him know about this car. I don't think he had considered that anyone would want to trade, so if you'd be interested in the non-SS monte, let me know so I can pass that along. Might be the deal closer.
