You might want to list the total miles on the car. Plus, since you asked... yes, the price seems high. I purchased a red '00 WS6 a little over a year ago from a private seller with basically the same setup as your TA. It had 24K miles on her and I didn't pay nearly what you are asking. And I paid the average going price based on condition (which was amazingly excellent) and options. You might want to price the car out on edmunds (or other similar method) to see what the average going price is. I suppose you could add on a thousand or so for the hood and other mods, but most people won't give you much a return on those when selling as a package. Most folks do better returning their car to stock and selling the mods seperately.
Nice car BTW. Good luck.

Since I'm sitting here at the office bored out of my mind I ran some numbers for you. I got this off of Edmunds.
Based on your year of TA, the options you listed (plus some I noticed in the pics), your location i Jersey (I used a Trenton ZIP Code), a made up odometer reading of 30K miles, and a condition rating of outstanding... Edmunds estimates that your car's stock value is: $9,197 (trade-in), $10,681 (Private Party), and $12,136 (Dealer Retail).
So... as you're a Private Party seller, your car's value is almost $11K (you might have to add or subtract a bit if your mileage is under or over 30K). Tack on a grand or two for the mods and a realistic selling price hovers around $13K to $14K.
I suspect that's going to burst your bubble considering you're looking for $20K. But, that's what it shaking out to be.
EDIT: I re-ran the numbers based on your mileage rate of 17,580 and they didn't change.
DISCALIMER: Any car can sell for any price depending on the motivation of they buyer. You just need to find a buyer that's looking for exactly what you're selling and hope they can't find it anywhere else or is willing to settle for something else.
Good luck anyway,
Marc

most cars here sell for around $15,000 with more then 40,000 miles. my car only has 17,580 miles so why should i sell it for the same price with low miles???

Unfortunately, mileage makes a very marginal difference in the market value of these vehicles.
There is a "sticky" at the top of the section for pricing used F-bodies.
You have a beautiful Trans Am, BTW.

If people in your area are paying more than Blue Book that's good for you. Supply and demand is the key.
I sincerely hope you get what you're asking 'cause I think it's a very nice looking car (maybe that's cause it looks a lot like my WS6... but then I'm not biased
