Overall the car is in great shape, but for a 20 year old it has its flaws. The body has about 140,000 miles. The interior is pretty good shape, however, the carpet has faded a bit. A few of the trim pieces have minor scratches also, but nothing big. The 4th gen dash works very well, however with the newer ls1 engine, the coolant temp, and gas gauge doesn’t work as of right now. The heater was never hooked up, but everything is still in the car ready to be hooked up if wanted. There is no ac, but do have the compressor and lines for the ls1 that will go with the car.
The car runs awesome, but when the computer was reflashed the rev-limiter was lowered below the shift points of the tranny. In other words, the engine hits the rev-limiter before it wants to shift, so the computer will have to be reflashed, which I will have done before a sale if the buyer wants. After the computer was reflashed I haven’t been able to make a full pass down the track for obvious reasons. However, with the old 3.08 rear and stock stall, the car went 13.3 with a 9.98 1/8th mile, and a 2.6 second 60 foot on street tires. Then with the new 4000 stall, 4.10 rear, and drag radials the car 60’ was 1.6, but had to shut down after 1st gear because of the computer problem. I think this is a very solid 11 sec car with slicks; unfortunately I have no proof to back this up.
I have taken this car on numerous 3+ hour road trips with problem, it is a very very streetable setup.
I am asking $11,000 OBO!!!!
If the car doesn’t sell soon, I will be entertaining thoughts of parting it out, however I will have to have all the bigger items spoken for first.

How about a trade for an 02' GSX-R1000. Mint condition with a few appearance mods. Stock drivetrain. Newer tires. Comes with jacket and helmet. Still has warranty until may of next year or the year after. It's red/Balck/Silver with chrome wheels and lowered a little for the look. Flush mounts, clear tail lamp. Never been down, Oil always change frequently. Very well taken care of and hardley got on. Has been raced a few times, but I don't think any bike has never been floored. Let me know if your interested. I live in Detroit, MI.
