1998 Camaro Z28 6 speed for sale - CHEAP! $5700 Hey all,
I just did a lot of maintenence to this car and it needs one last repair job to make it running. I have already put a deposit on another car and need this one sold tho. I'd love to keep it because it runs well, but I can't afford to have 3 cars.
1998 Camaro Z/28
every option except for leather...
fogs, 12 disc changer, power driver's seat, t-tops, etc.
Silver with 102k
6 speed
SS wheels with new tires up front and Nitto DRs on the back (the could be replaced).
Spare set of Firebird ABS twist wheels with Mickey Thompson E/T Streets with about 10-15 passes left on em.
New stuff...
10 bolt rear with 22k on it out of a 2002 WS6, new gear oil as well
fresh oil change
fresh coolant change
Mods...
Mac Midlengths
ORY
SLP loud mouth catback
SLP lid
Pro 5.0 shifter
Gutted MAF
drilled TB butterfly
5% tint on the T-tops
SS wheels
The car is worth about 7-8k if it's in running condition. This car needs the following to run...
Slave cylinder
Clutch kit with Throwout bearing
pilot bearing.
The trans is fine, the above parts are the only ones needing replacement.
Because of this, the price is 5700 FIRM. The parts should cost about $700 and for $6400 total you have a car worth about 1-1.5k more.
*edit* UPDATE - I WILL SELL THE CAR, FIXED-IN RUNNING CONDITION FOR 6800 FIRM, IF I GET A $500 DEPOSIT ON IT BY SATURDAY MARCH 11TH!!!

As I said to the few people who called me. The angle on the car does show the fact that the front fender and door were...resprayed by the P/O because the paint had that horrid clearcoat fade that some 98s get. It's a 10 foot car on the outside. But I never said it was a show car. And honestly, I'm glad that pics is there, cuz it shows the worst angle you can possibly look at it with.
Also, I'm sure if it had the clearcoat fade, people would complain about that. I'd rather it be a 10 foot car, than have that horrible clearcoat peel.

Car isn't sold yet... as stated, take it as is, or give me a deposit and I'll fix it.
It's gotta go... have a deposit on another vehicle and the price is definitely lower than any others on the forum similarly equipped.
