How negotiable are you? This car has a rebuilt title. I'm very interesting in purchasing a low mile trans am, but my buddy bought a 99 almost 2 years ago from a dealer for 13.7k with a straight title. Just seeing how flexible you are, not trying to bash, just dont think it's worth nearly that much and want to see where you're at.

Again folks NOT a salvage title.
CLEAN title. Damage was 3,000. $3,000 is obviously less than what the car is worth so insurance did not total the car. It is a CLEAN title.
The title is CLEAN.
