Nissan Titan 4x4 SE Crew Cab with Big Tow Package

Hey guys,
I'm selling my 2004 Titan. I am in NW Florida.
See my autotrader ad for more information.
NADA value is $26,600. KBB is $25,500 Private Party in excellent condition with 35k miles. This has 19,000.
Since it was involved in a minor accident that resulted in cosmetic damage and has been fixed better than new (the new paint is better than the factory job), I feel it is worth at least KBB average condition which is over $24k.
The only non-cosmetic things replaced were the rear leaf springs with two new genuine Nissan Big Tow springs. The passenger side rear spring was bent due to the other car running up under me and clipping the spring perch and warping the spring. But the car hit me in such a way that it did not strike the rear-end or the frame and simply clipped the edge of the truck. It is common procedure to replace the springs in matching pairs.
I am asking $23,800. I am somewhat flexible on that price, but I do need to get near that amount; just post an offer or PM me and I'll see what I can do, or call or email me through my Autotrader ad. I am willing to trade for a 6-speed Vette or a Turbo Lexus IS300.
Thanks for looking, guys.

Thanks Beast!
The truck is definitely well, uh, a beast. With the engine through the break-in period it's freed up some horsepower. I can get it on the dyno if anybody cares, but generally they put down 255-275rwhp and 300-335rwtq depending on options.
Also, because it has the Big Tow Package, it has the 3.36:1 rearend. With the 3:83:1 1st gear ratio and most of the torque available at 1200RPM, it motivates the 5000lbs truck to move and move in a hurry.
1/4 should be high 14s or low 15s at about 90mph.
Any takers?
