The Fine Print:

This vehicle is sold AS IS – NO WARRANTY by a private party.

The 575 was involved in a single car accident. It spun out and damaged the left front and right rear wheels. There was some minor damage to the right front wheel. The front bumper contacted the curb. Repairs were made to the left front wheel steering and suspension, right rear wheel parts and right axel. Body damage on the front bumper was repaired. All parts replaced are original Ferrari components. The wheels were replaced and new tires added. The repair work was done ASE certified mechanics. There was no damage to the doors, glass, interior, engine or lights. The car was not repainted. There are some paint irregularities here and there, normal wear and small scratches. There is a dime size ding on the top of the rear bumper. The car currently has a California salvage title as the insurance company chose not to invest in repairs. A wheel alignment is called for because of the repairs to the front end. It should not be driven at high speeds until this is accomplished. The tire pressure "no calibration" warning is on and this should clear once the car is driven and the calibration procedure performed. This Ferrari is garaged in Orange, CA and may be inspected by appointment. Car passed North Carolina safety and emmissions testing in Sept. 2005. There is a aftermarket CD changer system installed but it has not been tested.

Entertaining offers near $120k.

^^^ True that. But when you have enough money to buy a ferrari it is very easy to convince the insurance company to total it. Nice car, its way out of my price range but good luck with the sale.

If it wasn't for the tan interior, I would be all over this...

no way, insurance companies will hate you after you've just cost them that much money. whatever other nice cars or houses that you may have with them...all the profit have gone bye-bye for them...for many, many years.

The insurance company did not want to repair it to the specs of the guy I got the car from--- so they totalled it. The gentleman owned 7 ferrari's this being the "cheapest". He told them he would not be satisfied with the car unless it was the same as when he bought it brand new. So thats what they gave him, enough to buy a brand new one--- I guess. If someone shows some serious interest, I will be glad to show the before pics and prove how minimal the damage was.

You people man... you think that people who own ls1's are poor?? I for one am not, Nineball for sure isnt, and neither is anyone else on the site who owns (seen it a few times) a new C6 Z06, a C5 Z06, and a Trailblazer SS--- your telling me he doesnt have money? Give me a break dude, dont classify ls1 owners as not having money, when some do. I understand that a 98 Z28 can be had for 5 grand--- and that a lot of owners are teenagers who drive them, but on the flip side, my pops is 48 and he loved driving my cam/intake/sprayed SS...

05 Corvette Z51 | Magnacharger & Cam
06 Mustang GT | STS Turbo in the works
98 Formula WS6 | Heads & SR Cam
69 Camaro SS Convertible | Planned 427ci LS7
06 RAM 4x4 2500 | Turbo Diesel with TST box
06 H-D Fat Boy | Pipes & Filter

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??!? If that was my garage I would be able to die the next day... thats just sickening.

Nice car man, but would rather have a Z06, WS6, and SS (special edition vehicles) in my garage than a 120k car IMO , good luck!
