Default FS 2001 camaro SS M6

I'm selling this for a friend. It's a very nice car. Here is what he wrote about it.............I have an 2001 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 SS 6spd black with black leather pw,pl,ac,tilt, cruise all which work. if has 47,xxx miles on it. it has BFG Radial TA all the way around about %75 tread left. overall the car is in great shape has a little hole in the drivers seat by the door. and a little buff mark on the front bumper not to noticeable and one speaker is blown. it has the following mods:SLP long tube headers, hi flo cats, Borla header back exhaust, slp lid, smooth coupler, short throw. i am the third owner and was recently serviced at the chevrolet garage. It runs pretty good for a bolt on car. but im not use to an ls1 i prefer the modular motors. i live in leon, iowa. i am asking $15,000 i will consider trades. if you have any ?s you can email me at naylormotorsports@yahoo.com or call me at 1-641-446-6599 thank you. OR email me at mvvette69@yahoo.com[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Are the stripes painted on? Or are they decals?

They are decals. I first thought it was painted on but it's not.

Do you think they could be taken off without problems and the paint look ok?

I have no idea about that. It may but then again you may take them off and the paint may be darker under the stripes. The only thing that may help it is that clearcoat keeps the paint from fading so much unlike the enamal paint

I wanted to buy it on sunday but the bank wasn't open to get me the check on sat after i got off work. That car is the absoulty cleanest f-body that I've looked at so far. I looked that thing over for scratches and dings but the only one I could find was on the bumper and he pointed it out to me, and the hole in the driver seat. The only other thing I could find at all was that the tail light lenses needed to be replaced because the previous owner had blackouts on them and the lens warped, but thats not hard to fix. Pretty much as soon as I saw the car I knew I was going to buy it.

that's great, I'm sure you will enjoy it. If you were wondering I am the guy you talked to on the phone when you first called. You know if I didn't have my ta I would of liked to have that car. I agree on it being very clean. I looked at alot of F-bodys before I got my TA and it does seem like alot of them have been beat to **** but that one is a rare finding. Only thing that sucks is that i never got to race him
