408 camaro for sale This hurts..I am selling my pride and joy due to funds for school and own place...so here it goes...Up for sale is my 1998 Z28 camaro 408 with a level 3 4l60e trans. The car runs great and has maybe 4 track passes on the set-up. The body needs a little loven, the rear spoiler paint is faded and so is the driver side fender...not to horrible...i'll take some more pics of it 2morrow. The front bumper has a crack at the bottom..not too noticable but its there. The car is all tan leather, the driver seat bottom is torn but the everything else is fine. I'll get some pics of that 2. As you can tell i spent all my $$$ under the hood lol
Here is the list of mods:
408 iron block built by HPE, built for a lot of nitrous ,only about 8k on the motor.
eagle rods and crank, JE nitrous pistons and rings
MTI stage 2 heads, 2.02, 1.60 vales, patroit dual spring w/ titaum retainers,
comp cams roller lifters
Harden push rods by comp cams
Ported Ls6 oil pump w/ double timing chain
T-Rex cam
Ls6 intake
Pase setter headers with OYP
SLP cat back (not the loud mouth)
Electric cutout
42lb injectors
255 fuel pump
Ported TB
Clear Lid by Texas Speed
level 3 4l60e with about 200 miles on it
TCI 4000 stall with lock up
Subframe bars
Elderbrock adjustable tourqe arm
Battery relocated in the spare tire well
The rolling chasey has about 115k, but motor and trans are new. This car still has the stock rear wih 3.23s..was going to put in a 9in but now i decided to sell her. The car has working heat but no AC.
I will let her go for $11,000....sorry but i WILL NOT part it out! Thanks

The car has never been on a dyno but with the high comp (12 to 1), thinking somewhere in the low 500 range. car runs about 7.3 in the 1/8 with some wheel hop on the 3.23s

Take it up for the day.....no one looking for a bad a$$ DD? The car sounds almost stock with the cutout closed and when its open its funny when everyones looking at you when i pull up to a redlight lol

buyer fell through....still up for grabs..You cant beat this deal!! $11,000!! motor has 8k miles on it! Level 3 trans and converter with only 200 miles!!

what will this car run on the 1/4 mile and is there anything wrong with the car mechanically and will you include a nitrous kit or not. and how many rwhp does it approximately have pm me back or just post it

Messing around with the car, we got it down to a 11.03 with a radial on motor alone. Im sure with some weight dropped and a higher gear it and can break into the 10's without a problem. I havent had many track runs in 1/4 due to no roll cage, they keep giving me the boot. The car has never been on a dyno, im not a big of them, all motor the car should be around low 500 rwhp. Not a thing is wrong with the car, already tuned and turn key ready to go. I used to drive this car everyday to work (50 miles each way), makes a great DD/ street car. The nitrous kit has been sold already.
