1998 Artic White Trans Am M6 in NJ
For sale is a white 1998 Trans Am in New Jersey. This is a beautiful car and people still mistake it for brand new on a regular basis. Must be seen to be appreciated. I would give the exterior a 9/10 and the interior a 9.5/10.
-six speed manual
-84k miles
-garage kept
-fully loaded except for cd changer
-Does not burn any oil in between changes
-only synthetic motor oil used
-shifts very smooth
-a/c blows very cold
-oil pressure is 40 psi at hot idle (does not have pressure problems like many 98s)
-stock monsoon still sounds good
-Will have NJ inspection good through late 09
-clean carfax
-$11,900
This car only has minor modifications but even at this level the little things make a big difference and this car is done right.
Mod list: (most mods have less than 20k on them)

Engine bay before the slp lid. slp lid looks cleaner imo
just a cool shot
I may be forgetting something so please ask any questions you may have. I will get interior pics up soon. Thanks for looking and please keep negative comments to yourself.

A few more things... All of the mods were done with the idea of making this a more pleasant car to drive. This is not butchered up "race car" nor has it been raced or beat on.
It gets almost 30 mpg on the highway and I average about 23 around town. (this is about 2-3 mpg better than stock mostly due to the headers I believe)
I also have all of the original parts and will sell if for less if you want me to de-mod it.

The dyno and tune were done while I was doing a treatment of auto rx (supposedly cleans the inside of your engine better than anything else without using solvents). To do this you need to run non-synthetic oil for 2,000. This is the only time non-synthetic has been used and tests have shown that synthetic is good for about an additional 10 hp. Matt at TTP also told me it would have put down 10 more if it wasn’t such a hot and humid day. I know I’m getting into ricer math but since we are talking numbers I feel it is fair to at least mention.
This was also with the whisper lid (now it has a nicer SLP) and before the rebuilt rockers.
