Will sell car with stock rims/tires instead of Fikses.

So, it would be $22000 with stock rims/tires.

Is this an iron block or sleeved block?

Is it a Darton MID sleeved setup and if so, is it wet or dry?

It is a sleeved aluminum LS1 block. I am not sure of your second question - I will have to do some research - but I don't think the Darton MID sleeved setup was available when this motor was built.
