Default For Sale: 2001 WS6 TransAm 383 Stroker, w/12 bolt, Forged Internals.....more

For sale: Black 2001 WS-6 T/A. I am the 1st and original owner. The car had 7miles on it coming off the lot. The car has been paid off for 3yrs now, the title is clean. It sounds and looks stock, but is just the opposite. The engine and rear end has been modified. The car is 7yrs old, and is not, I repeat not flawless. The price is set low because of this. It is clean, but not show room quality, if that were case the price would be totaly diffrent. Looking to sale no trades and serious buyers only please.

Rebuilt Motor
(383 stroker, JE pistons forged, eagle crank and piston rods:all forged. Custom Comp Cam 217 226). I also have a brand new 232 236 comp cam from MTI if interested

Heads
(Minor headwork"port polish", springs; Comp Cams 981, Crome Molly Pushrods, stock lifters).

Clutch
(Textrailia, billet steel flywheel, 6 months old)

BMR K-member
Purchased at MTI.

Trani
Rebuilt 6-speed transmition 1yr ago from T-56 rebuilds, B&M shifter.

Drive Shaft
Drive shaft upgrade holds over 900hp.

Exaust
Hooker headers stainless, y pipe, and electric cut out. ( switch mounted in console)

Rear Control Arms
BMR Polyurethane

Subframe Conectors
Bmr Bolt-On

Tires
Brand new. ($740) Have the receipt from Discount. Bought about a week ago.

Rear End
(12 bolt Mosre W/390 gear and positrack). The rear end is about 3yrs old.

System
1500 watt R Fosgate amp, external crossover, kenwood eq, and 2 10s WO JLaudios in custom box.

There are some flaws threw out the car. Looking to fix the exterior flaws soon(meaning in the next 2 weeks soon, 1/26/2008-2/8/2008)

Exterior
A scratch by the door latch and on the bottom of the back bumper, dents on rims.

Interior
Steeringwheel leather split on the top, side of seat split about 5inches where leather and plastic meet.

This motor is set up for serious added hp or if left alone a sleeper on the street. The best time out of 3 runs at the track was a 12.28 with tires.
The car has 138,000 miles on the odomiter, but the motor has about 13,000 miles on it and rear end 80,000. Kelly blue book rates it at $15,000, I am asking $13,000 OBO. If you have any questions I live in the Houston area call (832-282-2814). e-mail lawddsanchez211982@yahoo.com

Hey guys looks like I wont be able to get the scratches fixed until the second week of Feburary. Between now and then (1/28/2008-2/8/2008)the price is going to be negotable. After the exterior work is done there will be a set price. Will post new pics and price as soon as the work is done.

I have receipts for the motor, rear end, drive shaft.
I dont know where the trani receipt is, and the clutch was purchased online. The clutch receipt should be in my e-mail inbox some where, should be able to get that one.

Unfourtunatly since the summer of 2007 college has been prety much over for me and I had to get a full time job. Yes I know "shity"!!! Well it requiers a full size truck when I go out on job sites. So the car has been parked on my driveway since then. The only time I get to drive it is every other weekend or so. Not in any hurry to sell. Every thing functions properly. So if I get the asking price thats fine, if not, no big deal.
