Default FS or TRADE 98' jeep wrangler w/ a LS1 -Houston, TX

hah! i guess i get to post it in 'lsx powered' since its power buy an ls1. im moving into down town houston, so a jacked up jeep isnt something necessary. ive been offered 22 grand for it, but didnt take it(before i knew i had to move into the city). the body has 140k miles, BUT the engine/trans have both been rebuilt(engine has new crank/pistons/rods)(trans. has synergy clutch discs and has minor shift upgrades, HEAVY DUTY torque converter) its been about 12k miles since then. this thing is in perfect condition, interior is like no other jeep along with exterior. AC WORKS TOO. also has an aeroforce interceptor gauge to let you know everything that is going on. hooker shorty super competition headers, 2.5'' true dual exhaust hi-flo cats running 2 slp loudmout 2 mufflers. rear o2's have been tuned out(i like to be legal though so i run cats) ported/polished throttle body. walbro 255lph fuel pump. check my sig for videos of it

interior night shot

it also has an insane sound system, loud bass but you can actually hear the music and nothing rattles. custom box, 2 10''JL's and a rockford amp(forgot the watt rating, over 500rms lol)

the aeroforce interceptor is in the spot of the gauge by the shifter now(this is an old pic)

looking to trade for an M6 camaro or trans-am (98-02), 04 wrx sti or a honda civic plus alot of cash lol
i hate to sell it, lots of blood(literally) and sweat have gone into this thing

Damn, can't believe you're selling this. That was a sick *** build up over on JF.

It's the best color TJ and got the LS1... if I had money right now (soon looking to buy a f-bod) I'd buy this instead. Good luck with the sale, do you have it posted on JF? I have a feeling it'd sell much faster over there.

gas mileage last time i checked was about 13mpg. i could prob. get really good gas mileage if i returned it back to stock lol to me 13mpg isnt a problem because this thing is real fun to drive, head turner/shocker. nothing like passing a modified wrangler and seeing the look on their face, because they know Jeep doesnt make a v8 wrangler

bump to the top. just like to add that a wrangler w/ 35''tires with the 6cylinder gets about 14mpg and a 4cylinder gets about 8mpg. mine gets 13mpg, but has over 100 more horsepower and the sound of an ls1

bump for a nice jeep. I'd be all over it for a trail rig but all the extras are too much, would you sell it with just the drivetrain set up. No need for the system.
