Built 73 Datsun 240Z -Turbo LS1
1973 Datsun 240Z Competition Orange
Engine and drivetrain
1998 LS1 motor
built powerglide transmission
8.8 built with 3.08 gears, spool, 35 spline moser axles, 9" ends with captured bearing, 5/8" wheel studs
TCI converter re-stalled by performance Transmission in kennedale
CE 4 link rear suspension with custom backhalf
QA1 single adjustable rear coilovers with 130/250 progressive rate springs
Front suspension all stock with disk brakes
Wheels/tires
15x3.5 front with street tires
15x12 rears with 325/50/15 M/T drag radials
Interior
Stock dash
All autometer Phantom gauges
Kirkey 17" wide seats with black velour covers and 5 point harness on the driver side
Cheetah shifter
10 point cage through the dash
Ignition
MSD controller for factory LS1 coil packs.
Fuel system
12 gallon aluminum cell
-8 lines front to back
Extrerior
All stock with original paint. Not horrible but it does have its share of dings and scratches. All in all a good 10ft paintjob and nothing to be ashamed of.
Turbo Setup
Turbo setup just finished with 0 miles on it. Borg Warner 80mm S400 turbo from Majestic turbo, JGS 50mm wastegate and JGS BOV. All the hotside is done (1 3/4" headers, 3" crossover and 5" downpipe.) and ceramic coated black. Also features a NLR AMS-1000 boost controller and Megasquirt II V3 built and mounted in car.
I drove the car for about a month and took it to the track one time and with a crappy edelbrock carb it ran a 7.6X@92mph with no tuning. Put over 200 miles on the street in a matter of a couple weeks and it drives GREAT! Get looks where ever it goes!
All this car needs to be done is a fuel pump, intake, injectors, throttle body and remote elctric water pump.
I know Im forgetting a whole lot but that gives you an idea. I have over $25k in this car and need to sell it to clear out some debt. Clear title in my name!
Looking for trades in the $17k range and higher, thanks

Thanks guys, I hate to sell it but I must.
One other thing, I am not firm on the price. Dont be afraid to throw an offe rmy way. My goal is to get a busa and pay off my truck so if I can do that then Ill be good on taking more of a loss than I already am.

Dont be afraid to make me an offer guys. I will consider any trade plus cash. Prefer a busa but will consider another bike, atv, nice car etc etc. Just gotta have some cash with the deal and I am not firm on my price.

Couple more pics I found when I had it on the street a little over a month ago. I wouldnt hesitate to drive this car anywhere. It proved VERY reliable the little time I had it out.

Not really looking to sell anymore but will entertain offers on trades worth $17k+
BTW the car now has a wilson elbow on it along with a wilson 90mm throttle body, and a few other items. if I finish it then I will just keep it, thanks.
