1972 Chevelle 2-door Numbers MATCHING --FS/FT-- 1972 Chevelle with roughtly 2,000 miles on thr restoration. It has New quarters, NOS right fender, New Hood.
The paint is great. Basecoat clearcoat. the color is sunset orange metallic, has a small ding in the hood but other than that it is a very straight car. Has all new weatherstripping. Bumpers are original and very nice. Has new grille and trim windows were removed and resealed. The trunk is all original and solid, the floors are great with the drivers pan being preplaced. The interior is excellent great dash new headliner, seat covers, carpet, and door panels. Has original AM radio. Now has underdash CD/MP3 player.
Engine is the original Numbers matching 350, with a turbo350 trans, both rebuilt. Engine is bored 30 over, cast pistons, 10-10 crank, rods resized, heads have new valve guides and seats and have been resurfaced. Has all new gaskets, new Melling cam, lifters, springs and pushrods. Has New Edelbrock Careurator, edelbrock intake, HEI, New plugs ans wires, new readiator, new hoses and belts, New starter alternator and fuel pump. Original A/C car that needs a belt and charged. Car has new brakes with front power discs. Also has new dual exhaust that sounds great. Has new 6x9 and 4x6 speakers, New tires, has the SS steering wheel, the SS wheels that are painted black. The front end has all been rebuilt (new bushings, ball joints, tie-rods, and idler arm). Just put on Eibach sport lowering springs lowing it an inch with a firmer ride which really helped.
This car is just an unbelievable reliable car, starts great, runs smooth and drives down the highway very nice.
