FS or trade 08 Honda CBR1000RR

Bone stock, just a bit over 1000 miles. Showroom new, not a scratch on it. Owned by 38 year old motorcycling veteran, not stunted.

Will trade for third gen. camaro or transam plus cash. Would consider Triumph Street triple or other smaller bike.

How do you like the 08 compared to the 03-07 models? That is if you have rode the 03-07s to compare.

There is NO comparsion. The old bikes are slow and heavy. This bike feels like a 600 with 50 extra hp.

I sat on this bike once and I had to look and see if this was a 1000. I sat on the CBR 1000 right after sitting on the Busa. That thing feels superlight especially coming off that Busa...

I owned a piped and dynotuned 05 GSXR1000 before this bike. The Honda gives up alittle on the top end to the modded GIxxer, but the (stock) Honda has it in the midrange. But the best thing about it is the way it handles and the steller brakes. It still amazes me everytime I ride it. BTW-I was a semi-pro club roadracer for over 10 years but havent raced since 05.
