Exclamation 1970 Monte Carlo 400ci (427 stroker) Complete Frame Off Restoration

Up for sale is my 1970 Monte Carlo, I'm going to tell a short story about why I got it and why I'm selling it so everyone can understand.
IT HAS ALL INTERIOR PARTS, the carpet, dash, seats, and shifter assembly are in the car right now. the rest goes with it.
I HAVE CORRECT 1970 Front Bumper (BRAND NEW) for the car as well...read on:

""""""""NOW ONLY $5,300"""""""", was selling for $7000 to pay off my dad's and my medical bills (need the money please!!)

pick her up and drive her home!!!!!!

"""THE CAR IS 100% IN WORKING ORDER WITH NEW MOTOR AND TRANS AND SUSPENSION, Brakes""" CLEAN TITLE!!!!!!!!

this car only has maybe 6-7 miles on Drive Train and Restored/New Parts.
Motor was pre-broken in by the performance shop that built it (and the trans)

I've been going through health problems for well over a year now, I was looking for a decent classic car to restore as therapy. I've already invested all the money I had left into it. I've now realized that I should have just held off on a car till my health improved but I couldn't resist a classic muscle car. now I need the money to pay off medical bills and my tuition for College.

NOW for the great stuff it's had the frame off the body and professionally MEDIA BLASTED, EPOXY PRIMERED and painted. 100% of the suspension has been replaced. all bushings on frame/body/knuckles/control arms have been replaced with poly urethane ones.
I just bought the interior with door panels, dash, new carpet and new headliner, new front bucket seat upolstery, new window crank handles, new Window Felt and new FULL weather stripping kits (ALL WEATHER STRIPPING IS BRAND NEW!!).

BRAND NEW STAINLESS BRAIDED BRAKE LINES AND CORVETTE STYLE MASTER CYLINDER

NEWER HOLLEY Manual Choke Carb

BRAND NEW PARTS include:

- NEW TRUNK, with new Pans
- NEW FLOOR PANS
- Brand New Front Bumper
- BRAND NEW weather stripping for the whole car inside and out
- Brand New front disk brakes
- BRAND NEW STARTER WITH WARRANTY
- Brand New Door and Trunk Lock Kit with keys
- Brand New Rear deck lid (rear speaker panel with insulation kit)
- Brand New Dual CD/mp3 player stereo
- Brand New Headlights (sealed beams style)
- Brand New Stainless Steel Brake Lines, and Braided lines
- Brand new Poly urethane bushings on body and suspension (NO rubber ones anywhere
- Brand New Heater Core
- Brand New intake manifold
- THE LIST GOES ON TON OF EXTRA PARTS (OVER $500 worth) Including Pioneer Speakers, stock style speakers, stainless steel line wraps, and MORE

ENGINE:

400ci small block
bored and stroked to a 427ci
Performer Camshaft (roller I believe)
flat top pistons
forged connecting rods
Electric "Racing" Fuel Pump
1.5 Roller rocker kit
MSD 6al BOOST IGNITION SYSTEM
TAYLOR DRAG RACE WIRES
ACCEL performance header sparkplugs (2 sets of 8 plugs (1 set on car now))
Z28 #95lb valve springs
Edelbrock Aluminum Intake Manifold
Ported/Polished Heads
Stainless steel valves
Afterburner Long Tube Headers with 3" extended collectors.
FULL CHROMED EXHAUST PIPES,
Flow master Super 50 Mufflers
the car was lowered 2" with hydraulic shocks but I put Gas shocks in the rear, for bigger tire clearance (still have extra hydraulic shocks for the back that will go with the car)
RALLEY RIMS!!!!!
have 2 Ralley rims and tires that came from the car (original to the car, not the tires though.),

Transmission is a Turbo 400 FULLY REBUILT with upgraded components like TCI 2300 stall torque converter, new drive shaft (Steel), 3.73 Chevelle rear end (quite as a mouse)

only down side to the car is that it is in primer (professional grade with receipts). and the dash wiring needs to be reconnected, the car runs great and drives true, and the Fuel,Speedo, Warning gauges work as well...just not the lights, or turn signals.
the rear brake lights light up though. Just needs the wires to be reconnected, that's all!!!!

I have all receipts for every part and service done on vehicle ($12,000ish)
and I'm only asking $7000 because I need to pay for school and medical bills. Thank you for your interest!!!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NEVER WASHED THE CAR since I bought it.
the interior is a bit dusty, but has been wiped down and looks pretty now, althought the newer pictures below are from just before I cleaned it up after the interior parts were put in.

NEW QUARTER PANELS

I would really appreciate some pictures. My email is bier@shaw.ca Also so you know I am serious you can check who I am by going on my business web site. broadwaymotorsweb.com My pictures a little old though lol. the bottom rear fenders look like they are attatched with rivets, Is the body work complete or does it need more? I know the interior would need to be done that okay, you said you have all the parts. Please advise if I would need anything else to complete this car. Thank you.

I have all the parts for the car, except the "pads" for the front door armrests.
the body needs to be finished up, meaning sanded down again and then painted (primer was put on to prevent rust as the rest of the car was being restored)
interior is complete, a lot is in the car already, except for the headliner, air directional control box that goes under the dash, and the sail panel fabric pieces at the rear window.
the whole drivetrain/frame/brakes/and suspension are 100% restored and frame has been media blased and epoxy primered, along with all the BRAND NEW SUSPENSION parts (all suspension is 100% Brand New and Replaced)
the 1970 front bumper is on the car now and looks AWSOME (Brand New)
along with powder coated mounts.
my email is goten@wi.rr.com
for everyone that is interested in the car, you can communicate with me at that email. I'm only on LS1 Tech once a week or so.

Thanks!!!

as I've told all who have asked, if you want it we can work something out.
I know I'm going to regret saying this, but I'd accept "PARTIAL" trades plus cash.
I'd like to have a mid 70's camaro, because my wife to be said that's the only classic she'd allow in the garage...other than a corvette (late60's-late70's, and 1990-1996)
LS1 F-body's are ok too, but probably out of the "PARTIAL" trade relm.

How 'bout an LT1 Camaro? It's a 95 A4 stripper with a freshly built trans, and I'm down for that partial + cash thing....
