It's a very nice car that has low miles. I just don't think the 82-84 Camaros command that price. 15K is more then that cost new and only a select handful of 3rd gens would get that--89 TTA--maybe, 1LE.

(I like the L69--great power for the day--but TPI cars are more popular)

Can't see pics at work but if it does not have the rear whiper then it is not fully loaded. Most people don't know about that.

My 83 before I tore it apart had one, 26k miles, original paint and interior, looked brand new. I paid 12.5k for it and that was to much but came with a built BBC and all.

I saw another 83 Z will less miles and really was fully loaded sell for 13k. He is on thirdgen.

I bet you could get 10k for that car but thats about it honestly.

I met a guy on there that had a rust bucket project car 86 IROC with a whiper, those are one of the rarest of the rare third gens, he sold it before he knew what he had and has been kicking himself every day.

I know a local who has an original owner fully loaded 92 Z with less then 800k miles, one just like it sold on Barret for like 20k.

I would suggest putting the stock rims back on as well as the stock head until. A vehicle like that will need to be as close as stock as possible to fetch that price. Mechanically, not having the 5 speed is hurting its value. With the 5 speed came the 3.73 rear which made the L69 "the package" of the early 80's before the EFI 302 arrived.

Definitely a nice car, but I agree that it'll be tough to get that price for the car just do to the year. Good luck with the sale!

yeah, the car is very sharp, clean & all, but with the way the economy is, it would be hard to get close to what u r asking for it!
