Absolutely. With the T56, this thing gets 26mpg. Driven to Kingston and back to cleveland a couple times. 8 hour drive.

as far as the turbos
.60/.63 Garrett T3s
modified L98 exhaust manifolds for turbo manifolds.
i can get my hands on a custom intercooler made from 3 saab 900 cores that should be good for 800hp.
to finish it off you would need to fab the charge pipes, downpipes, and get a carb hat.
