40MPG DD + $3-5k for M6 LS1. With gas prices the way they are, I'm hoping I can interest some of you guys in a partial trade for my 2002 Ford Escort ZX2 5spd with 86,xxx miles for any 6 speed LS1. I'm not too picky, but would prefer it to be stock, and prefer TAs, but the only criteria is 6 speed, LS1, and MECHANICALLY sound please! The ZX2 runs great, is mechanically sound, and gets rougly 30mpg in mixed driving, and up to 40mpg on highway driving, so those of you looking to get into a daily driver/beater, this is the perfect car. The only things wrong with it are a couple of minor dents, some blemishes, and the driver's side side-mirror could use replacement (original glass was cracked, using temporary fix right now). I'm located in New Orleans, LA. Let's make it happen guys!
