If it was high enough yeah but most trailers are not that high so no... And I second the with someone elses car or a third gen I picked up from a scrap yard.

Haha that's crazy. I'd probably pass under it. Don't know if I'd trust the driver of the truck, so I probably wouldn't try and stay under there though.

No, he used his signal. Probably a general ticket for reckless driving - something along those lines. I'm sure someone else here knows exactly what it would be.

I was kidding more than anything, but do you think if you use your signal, and cut off another driver horribly or even cause them to wreck, you won't get a ticket for that? I would say the blinker is irrelevant. He went under a damn trailer!

I would definately agree with the wreckless driving possibility though.
