you have to take it back to the person who locked it so it can be unlocked...

You can reflash it with a tech2 which will put it back to stock and then tune it

well we finally got everything worked out today. The actual PCM was bad. We tried tech2, hp tuners, ls1edit, even a handheld tuner, just to change anything possible from the actual tune to gear ratio and we couldnt. So we called it completely toasted and called GM and got a new one. Got to drive the car with the cam for the first time today. Still have alooooooot of bugs to work out, but god damn its great to have my car again. I want to say sorry to rob incase i came off a little mean or accusing, i woke up to a phone call that said "yea your cars ready but we cant get on your PCM to change the idle speed for you" and i just kinda freaked, so my bad rob, i was just frustrated wasnt tryin to blame you.

Look for me an the Spectrum meet

: PS we also decided that the PCM as a whole went bad and caused the insane leaning out and broken motor to begin with. Looks like somehow it had come loose. When we undid the 2 bolts to take it out it didnt seem like they wre screwed in all the way:

Did they try resetting the car, like disconnecting both the positive and negative and doing a reset? sometimes that tends to clear stuff up. If not glad everything is looking up for you.
