2. Barbara Boxer and Diana Feinstien these women at best should work at the counter of a Senior citizens lingerie shop. Again big spenders
3. Nancy Peloski This lady leads all the democrat congress and again spends like a drunken *****

The unfortunate thing about Arnold is he had good intentions but then was poisoned by politics and everyone being against him. He has said for many years you can't keep spending more money every year.

California's budget has increased 40 billion in the last 4 years.
1. Our schools still rank #25 out of 50 and we spend the most money. The teacher union has way to many chiefs making money for doing nothing. The teachers union has turned into the auto union but can't be stopped because they always wine it is for they kids
2. Goverment jobs have increased by a large margin
3. More welfare and socialist program

I think we get less then we had 4 years ago and we pay a whole lot more money but you need to put blame where it needs to be and the people of California need to get there had out of there *** and vote these socialist spending libs out.
Agreed, lets get rid of all of them... who wants their jobs??

Like all government, we're bloated with BS agencies staffed by half-smart employees that are unemployable in a competitive job market. I've never heard of a government agency down sizing or being eliminated - only growing with staff and expanding in scope.

Once you reach a certain percentage of government employees you will never see a vote that reduces government spending or reform -next step socialism and socialism is just communism in slow motion.

While we proletarians provide the funds for these bastards they will continue on. There needs to be a strong third party presence that can win seats and take back what we had stolen from us over the past 50 years.

Maybe it's time a for a revolution - that's what I'd call real change.

Ok so what hlaalu said is true well to a point illegals don't receive full benefits but they do receive half benefits until they are legal or for four years... Now so far the well fare system for california is a different program for each county there are over 40 counties. I work for a company that is going to be the single program that each county uses to setup wellfare for the applicants. The problem right now is that Illegals and legal residents can hop from county to county and receive double benefits because there is no way to check right now if that person is receiving benefits on a different system.

Pain in the ***, well at least for another 2 years then we will have our software in almost all the counties relieving about 70% or the amount of county jumping going on.

Also Arnie is not the problem look at the senate and how long they took to draft up a budget. I got their budget right here.

1. Cut the fat from LAUSD there are more than 10 super intendants that do almost nothing for $1xx,xxx or more a year that is over $1 million, there are more than that but I am keeping it simple.

2. don't give anyone in the state government a pay raise and get rid of the whole compensation for them while they are trying to come up with a budget. Each day they sat on it they received close to $100 just because they were working on it. I say **** if the government is working for the people. Then **** them the people don't have to pay the government.

the U.S. should just just do what they normally do,
take over another country, rape all their natural resources, pay off their dept, claim that land to be part of the U.S., and get mad at the nationals for being on their land.

I agree with almost every one here that is for the cancellation of illegal's getting free assistance..The main problem to me is that..For example how many ER'S have closed in the last 3yrs?..Many...Many of the corner doctor offices or Emergency rooms have closed..Why?..Because people with no insurance go in and dont pay.Illegals and Citizens..But California cannot turn neither away..Against the law..Most of the laws help out people but illegals have found a way to EXPLOIT..Many of these laws to their advantage and milk the system for what it has...
IOU'S will be given out becuase Calif..Has a problem with money..As Much Money as we get taxed for we almost TRIPLE what we spend as a state..You can only go on credit for so long before something tweaks and the house of cards tumble..

Funny story....I was at a auto shop in Culver City a couple of days ago..I noticed that Culver City Police is getting a Lamborgihni Gallardo to compliment ther Charger SRT-8..OK No worries...I also noticed a big Azz Hummer being tottaly tricked out...Rims, Speakers, Seats, Engine, Exhaust, Tv, Dvd..The works..I MEAN THE WORKS!!...Then I noticed The Seal of California on the Headrest of the Front Seats and on the Headliner and engraved on the steering wheel....I asked "Who is this for?"..The shop owner who i wont name said "Its for the governor"..I said "DEEZAMM"..Then i asked "How much can all this **** cost?"..He took me too his desk..Pulled out a file..And LORDY LORDY....He presented me with a blank check...The check Says "State of California"..Yes thats right folks now you know where your money is going to.

Lol, just one of the perks of being governor. Stuff like this will continue to happen regardless of who is in office.

One thing I heard, don't know on this for sure, that he is not getting paid for his term and that apparently that was on big factor in getting elected.

anyone know that to be true/false.

I really don't like him, I can see that on some stuff is on the state legislators but isn't part of his job to get things done no matter who he has to convince? I thought the governor was suppposed to have influence or at least by title some leverage to get the legislation to listen to him.

all the top people are basically puppets, i mean who would really trust one man or woman to run a state or a country. sure they make a few decisions, but they are all heavily influenced from many people working for them

Unfortunately the governor of California has very limited powers. The blame for the mess that California is in lays at the feet of the legislature and the people. Most people seem to forget that several years ago he tried to go around the legislature to get laws through to reform the state government via propositions. All were voted down by the infinitely wise people of California, but thank god that the proposition to put a "This product may cause cancer" label on everything passed . When that happened it pretty much cut his feet out from under him, and destroyed any influence and mandate he had.

Love this place but god there are a lot of stupid, self righteous, ignorant, delusional people here (edit: speaking about the populous at large, not anyone in particular here). At least I don't live in NoCal with most of them .
