This question is tricky to answer. An LSX based motor is capable of a 125-150 shot all day long when IN PROPER RUNNING CONDITION. But people are people and sometimes they can or will take short cuts or make mistakes during installations of aftermarket parts.
The risk of an improperly set up exhaust system is not as great as if you go add a 150 shot to a LSX motor that is high in mileage and high in wear and tear with improper mods or improper tune...that can lead to some potentially bad results. And that is a risk I do not want to take on the dealership lot.
I have no problem with cars that are specifically built for nitrous. It is still a risk but a considerably less one. But that is where it will end.
