any ideas? I really don't want to take the lts off but I would be ok swapping out the cats, I just don't want to blow them out like I did with the ceramic ones from carsound the first time. 2 years and they were gone.

So the 15mph test is what's really killing you. Did you get the car good and hot before you took it in for the test? You need to drive the **** out of it before you take it in, and hopefully you don't have a long wait before they get it on the rollers. Did you change the oil recently? Hc in the oil can hurt your test results. How close are your cats to your headers? How old are they? I don't know how much the G2P stuff works, but you could try it.

wow that didn't work out as well as I thought...
basically the test was 15mph and 25 mph...at 15 it 83 with a max of 51 for HC, c0 hit .47 with a max of .48, n0 hit 800 with a max of 419. at 25mph it hit 41 with a max of 35 for HC, c0 with .24 with a max of .46 and n0 at 316 with a max 706.
