Last I remember we live in America where we have the right to do just about what we want to our own stuff. I say we all have a meet at his place. As far as I know, you can make as much noise as you want during the day. Screw em, pay the fine. It might just be worth it.

Home Owners Association and the ******** running it are ****'s. I wanted to change out the porch light to something not resembling a 1970's Disco room. So I bought a nice looking one at Home Depot and installed it. Not more than a few weeks, we get a complaint in the mail saying we can't have a DIFFERENT porch light than other people in the complex. What a bunch of bullshit. Its my condo. I paid for the ******* thing. I like to mod my **** like my car. HOA's ******* blow.
Then I had my 85' Toyota 4x4 paked out on the street for a little more than a day. Some ******* inside the complex called it in and had it towed just because it wasn't compliant with all the Mercedes and BMW's all parked next to it. So that was $300 out of my pocket to get back my truck that ran perfectly. I never did find out who did it. But I hope in this economy, their adjustable mortgage probably got them into a world of financial trouble. ******* ********.

yeah thesse HOA communities are gay, since i live in a new community with all 2 story homes next to each other my car echoes like a motha f***a in the morning when i would turn it on for it to warm up..and i live right across the street from a city cop...but he never says anything..
and also what i hate the streets are not to wide..

recieved a ******* letter from my association that my car is "disturbing" the private community i live in....i mean all my neighbors tell me to my face it sounds good and mean blah blah blah and then i get this ****** letter in the mail saying my car has been reported as a nusiance and obnoxiuos AND that i need to make proper modifications to my car to keep it quiet or i will be fined 100.00 and lose all my "facility privleges" for 30 days....lol...****** **** ********, a guy cant even have an american muscle car in this day and age w/o someone getting they're ****** panties in a bunch about a loud lopey cam and throaty exhaust note....
