I have a Magnaflow catback, and dual cats. I just moved to Brea in October from Tustin, and I havent been bothered yet.

I got one from a CHP 2 weeks ago. You can just pay the fine, fight the ticket, or go to the ref and have it signed off. First fine is the least expensive and goes up considerably after.

I don't know if this still happens, but they will send you a ticket in the mail and you can either pay the fine of fix the issue and pay the fine.....

im thinkin im gonna need to modify my current set up....thinkin about gettin it over the axle and hangin magnas out back in addition to the powersticks

its a hell of a lot cheaper than moving out of there...

guess im lucky.. a ontario motor cop pop my hood last month and looked at my headers and said my car looked stocked,.. he still gave me a ticket at the end for some bs violation , better than state ref.. shows they have to give tickets no matter what to bring in revenue into the city.. damn the economy
