Possible Fontana track rental Hey guys, a friend of mine (with an 8-9 second 1/4 Camaro) asked me to ask you guys if any of you are interested in renting the track sometime within the next 2 months (probably closer to month 2 than right now). A bunch of his buddies are also joining in so the more the merrier...
It'll probably be around $100 a person, but you can get as many runs in as you want (it'll be like L.A. Invasion but all day and probably even less of a line).
If you are interested, post your email here so I can get a list going to the organizer...

i am definitey interested in helping out to make this happen..... what you need to do is get a at least 80 guys to sort of confirm they would go , that way you know you have the funds to pay for the rental that day, plus i would be willing to help out a little as well

It's more of a track rental for a private Test and Tune day, just FYI. Somebody else is thinking of getting a bunch of people together to rent the track for a private TNT, and a buddy of mine heard about it and asked me if anybody I knew would want to go.
The price might be less if we have a **** ton of people who go...
I just asked my buddy to get the organizers email address, that way you all can email him and we can get it figured out.
I'm sure they'll be happy to see that Ryne is interested as well as you guys.

thats not bad hope it happens, just good luck with traction and the heat.
also word on the street is there will be a private TnT at Famoso Bakersfield this fall like last year around October or November

I am going to wait until Famoso. The weather usually cools down by that time. Usually at the Famoso private events it's 100 cars $100 to race. Don't tell me that's to much money either when you can hot lap pretty much all day.

Looks like we're shooting for about 50ish cars total, give or take... Those of you that say you're interested or just IN now can/will be on the list that I hand to my buddy who hands it to his buddy who is organizing. If anybody is wondering, the organizer is Robert at QMP.
