Default Question about what I can get busted for

Well recently I had the oppertunity to move back to Michigan and work the familys farm, so i did cuz the money is good and i can get MI license/plates for the SS and never have to worry about ******* smog again. Anyways im only going to be there 3/4 of the year at most, the rest of the time ill be in CA with my car. What all can i get busted for in CA if i have MI plates and license and am "just visiting my family"

You can still get busted for "modified exhaust" and other ****. They just look at your out of state license and say "oh that's nice, give me your money." Fkn bullshit thieves.

As in a fine. 160 a pop. I have a similar motor setup but with a gmmg. Got fkd two times in two months. The judge didn't care and written declaration didn't work either. One of the fkrs even called the DMV up and my insurance company to see if was all valid.

what a dick!!! i can handle the 160 a pop i guess as long as i dont have to worry about ****** sniffers and the god damn ricer patrol lookin for illegal mods and crap. I wonder what they would say about H/C/I/N20 when they see it under the hood lol. Whatever ill deal with it when i get there. at least i wont have my butt puckered so tight every time i drive the car

I fully believe you were going 100+ but Ive seen some tickets in the 90's and they weren't even approaching the 800 dollar mark. I could be trippin though.

normally the range is between 10 - 14 dollars per mph over.

did you get a wreckless driving or something?

I find it hard to believe a CA cop would ticket you for smog laws in this state, on a car licensed in another state.

I got nailed in Fountain Valley (picked out of a group going faster than me) for 80 in a 45 (was actually doing 53...) and that took me for right around $650 (including traffic school)... and that was a "reduced" fine. I'm sure Mike remembers the day. Lol.

So with that said, I wouldn't think 800ish for 100+ would be too outlandish.
