Default Word to my fellow f bodies!!!

DO NOT GET CAUGHT DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE!!!!!

god damn... i just got back from my court date for no insurance on my motorcycle. I had it frozen while it was in the shop for 2 months and never reinstated it, well the week following the ticket i had it reinstated thinking the judge would dismiss it. WRONG.

originally a $940 fine, bumped down to $520 if reinstated after the ticket.

actually to my surprise, CA insurance is cheaper than AZ

but registration is vice versa... so it really doesn't matter. I kept my AZ registration because I didn't wanna deal with the SMOG B.S.

That's why you go to a shady local auto insurance place and buy a temp policy that is conveniently dated to start coverage before the date of the ticket.

yeah I noticed that the last time in court. They aren't excusing tickets any more if you have insurance after the fact, only reducing it a small bit.
