EDIT: Yeah as Jose said, using a LS1 harness and properly connecting it to the S10 chassis harness and fuse box.

Then you need the wiring diagram for the PCM your using not the diagram for The S10. Trying to splice wires this way is way more difficult since you need the correct fuses and circuits. It would be quicker getting LS fuse block and using the circuits your need.

I already have several PCM pinout diagrams, I know what all the wires are, just need to know specifically where they need to connect to the S10 chassis harness and fuse box. I like doing it that way rather than building using the LS fuse block. You only need (4) fused power feeds (PCM power feed, inj/coil bank 1, inj/coil bank 2, engine sensors {maf and o2's}). Then wire the ignition power feed to the PCM, wire the gauge signal wires to where they need to go, and wire the (2) relay fan controls to where they need to go, pretty simple.

The s10 has central sequential fuel injectors that run off a single 15a fuse, the ls1 requires 2 15a circuits one for each bank inj1 and inj2. Then you need a pcm B+ 10a fuse, pcm ign 15a, eng sen 20a, and eng control 15 (If Auto) for the ls1 pcm.
The 4.3 fuse block uses 20a for pcm bat and Iat, Eng1 10a for mafs, and clus 10a for ign and trans solinoids.
You will be having to add another circuit for the inj2, and splicing and switching fuses so you might as well just use a LS fuse block.
