For an auto LS1:
Tire PSI
235 tires on 16" rims
2.73's
Shift kit or M6 swap (looks like you got that part goin)
drop weight (FG hood, etc.)
Drop rotating mass
Aero work (lower, !antenna, rear diffuser, belly pan)
Full tune-up and tighter gap plugs
less restrictive intake/exhaust
keep foot out of it
MPG gauge
Keep fuel/mileage logs so you know what works
The list goes on and on, but why make a LS1 a mpg car? Just buy a POS honda Civic or CRX for that. Civic VX gets 50mpg
