Paging Ken from Strictly Performance Motorsports - DTM!
Where are you? I left a message with your business partner, Robert Barth, for you to call me back. What didn't I get a call back? Did you even get the message? I thought you guys were trying to "make things right."

Like I said in my other thread, I am not interested in speaking to a third party or anybody that SPM/DTS has issues with. I didn't take my car to a random *** body shop... I took my car to SPM. I have an issue with SPM. They need to stop trying to pass the buck so that I can resolve THEIR problems by making phone calls that SPM is responsible for.
If this is a testament of how your "new" business is run, then SPM/DTS sure is making a name for itself. Same old ****, different day.

Wow.... I am extremely upset to say the VERY LEAST. The shop that is currently fixing my car just informed me that the "built" transmission that I PAID FOR was completely STOCK!! The performance shop that my car is at has been working with these types of vehicles for over 10 years. So there is no way that they can make a mistake in identifying a STOCK transmission.

I can't fathom someone starting a new business with Rob Barth involved and then playing off the same name of the failled business Rob Barth owned.
If it smells looks and tastes like ****, it's ****.

From the sounds of it, the "built" trans was never purchased. Sounds like the $$ for the "built" trans went into someone's pocket...

Yeap, the shop fixing my car tore into it bc the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. In neutral, the trans was still under load... meaning when you revved it in neutral, the car would creep forward as if it were in gear. As a result of tearing into it, they discovered that it doesn't look like the trans that was in there was touched. The trans trashed my Yank torque converter too....
