Default California trip for a week, what to do?

Figured I'd post up here, my buddy and I are heading out to California tomorrow night for a week. His grandparent's live around or in Orange county so that's where we'll be staying. Just curious on some attractions or things we should do while we're out there.

We're going to Cars and Coffee on Saturday, hitting up the beach one day, rolling down to Vegas for a few nights...what else?

Might go to Irindale (?) speedway for TnT on Thursday, I think that's when he said.

What else is good to see/do?

Do you have a sporty car or just a rental?

Well, if the Benz is somewhat sporty, then you might be able to take on some of the mountain/canyon roads, but not Glendora Mountain Road...

I'll edit this post and add more when I can think about it more.

Driving/Sightseeing:
Food:
  • In n Out
  • The Hat
  • Wahoo's Fish Taco
  • Wood Ranch
  • The Yard House
  • Claim Jumper
  • Golden Dragon (Costa Mesa)

DAAAYYYMMMNN that's a list haha. Honestly, I doubt we do too much driving as far as "fun" roads just because we don't really have much money to waste on gas, etc...keep adding to the list though. haha

Attractions is more what we're focusing on I guess. Hollywood, Highway 1, the drag strip, cars and coffee...etc...

And I'm pretty sure he said it's something like this:

(04-05ish E320, blue)

Cars and Coffee is amazing! If you get up around Riverside, Adams Motorsport Park has Time Attack on Tuesday and Drift night on Thursday. Not to expensive to get in and you can ride along for a few bucks more.
