He wasn't getting enough business from here to justify paying the sponsor fee.

I thought RET was a good shop I only used them to tune 03 04 cobras but the 2 I took there made lots of power one made just over 700 on a small whipple never hert the motors bolth cars still on the road almost 3 years later now.

I didn't think theay worked on LsX cars tho.

For cobras ret is legit easier to tune a bolt on motor then a cammed motor and mod motor guys RARELY do cams. But whipple exhaust mod motor he gets them done quick. Probably close to the same. Bin file too. Now LS cars are harder to do because of most everyone does cam heads so on which is a bitch and why the people that know how to tune well get paid well for it. Just my two cents.

I normally don't get involved in this sort of thing, but since he's right down the street and was thinking of someday going there, would like to make sure it'd be worth it or not.

Heypal was right, RET has the cobras down as they rarely cam a mod motor. Now most of us do h/c/i and that is why honestly I won't trust anyone but CMS as they know LSx vehicles and Ryne has that down.

Think about this, you spend all this money to do h/c/i and get it done right, why skip out on the most important part which is the tune, without a proper working tune your car will fail, just saying you get what you pay for.
