Southern CA engine builders I need my lt1 short block rebuilt. Is there any good builders around 91740 to rebuild my short block? Or I can just have a shop clean the block up, install some new bearings, balance the crank, flywheel, and pistons, bore it out and I can install everything. I need to find a decent shop around 91740 to do this.

Hey guys, not to hijack this thread but does anyone know of good re builders in the San Fernando Valley? I tried to call speed o motive in valencia but their listed number is out of service and I'm looking for someone a bit closer anyway.

I have a stock lt1 I'm selling if interested for 700 complete with 86,4** miles. If your interested still sitting in my car so people can hear it run or see it drive. Just another option. Call Corvette Mike in the OC he might recommend someone reputable.
I would NEVER EVER use them... They do good work, but are scam artists when it comes to your money. I had to file a complaint to the BAR to try and get my money back. They are so upside-down finacially, I bet they wont exist in a year.
I saw JMS in here, the guy there does awesome work. They are located in El Monte off Peck Rd. just south of the MTA service station. A friend of mine works there and he has been in the business for 20 or more years.
