look heres a vid of my car lb9 tpi with l98 cam from a 88-89 with a borg warner t5

my valve guide seals are damaged, im burning up oil as you can see in the video
and heres a picture

Have you looked into a set of 350 vortec heads.

If you plan on keeping the TPI setup then don't do Vortec heads. The vortech baseplate is garbage and even with extensive porting its still not that great. If you get a Holley Stealth Ram then thats a different story.

That sounds familiar, I just bought a 91 Camaro rs for a restoration, LS3 and 4L80E and 9 inch. Anyway, we are pulling the old engine and trans this weekend, and I am undoing the lines and wires. I found the heater hoses piped into the ac condenser. I guess the present radiator was not enough, so the guy found more cooling.

how u going to fit the 4l80e if u dont mind. custom bracket
