hey guys so i bought a camaro its a 91 z28 305 tpi auto but it has a stuck motor the 305 is down for the count. i bought a 350 of a camaro that i want to put in place of the 305 but i wanted to use the 305 heads to bump up the compression anyone know were i can get these 305 heads ported.also need a few parts like 350 injectors and a computer chip anyone have these parts for sale im a newb when it comes to tpis so any help would be very appreciated

You could ask WCCH if they port SBC heads. Personally I would consider swapping in a LS1.

i know i wish i could i was looking into a 5.3 lsx swap but i dont have the funds right now. im just going to take the heads out of the 305 send them out to get cleaned and ported then put them on the 350 to get better flow and slightly raise compression.also gonna need bigger injectors and a chip should be a nice little budget build.
the car is really nice all original ill post pics tonight when i get home.

check out thirdgen.org. pretty sure youll be able to find parts cheap on there. factory injector size for the 350 L98's are #22lb. dunno about using the 305 heads on the 350. West coast is pretty much the best for head work.

just add a decent sized cam, stall, an tune it bro. you can get the hsr for about 450+ just intake w/ fuel rails, then add a 58mm tb from summit.

mine is a 305 tpi, mainly stock other than l98 cam, ported plenum, and intake and runners, edelbrock shorties, true duals with slp lm1, 1.6 roller lifters, and some other parts i like how it runs for it being a 305.

damm its not an ile i thought it was it has a 305 tpi auto it has disc brakes all around ground effects a high rise wing and a bunch of options like suspension upgrades and ill kinds of stuff from factory ill post up pics. if its not ile its cool i still like it and i already bought it lol

Mine is exactly same just a 92 5speed all allwheel disc brakes, except mines a hard top.

1le came without a/c,no radio and 4 wheels disc brakes idr the rest but those are the main ones

lol there fun but i think an auto runs better in tpi.

mine has 213k miles on the body and all drive train other than motor.
motor has about 2k since rebuilt, and drive it hard. like they say drive hard last long lol

Yes it was originally removed from a 97 Camaro. $1200 for everything. Trans, bell, clutch set, hydraulics, short shifter, crossmember with poly mount, inner shift boot and pedals....

my friend has a 350 tpi with an 700r4, includes wiring harness, computer, edelbrock mid headers, and he think there a mild cam in it . it came from an 89 iroc. he wants 800. If u pull it out of the car he will let it got for 700 let me know if your interested
