Hmm 6 liter, wonder how they got stuck with that figured they'd have the same 6.2s as the g8.

Gosh, I'd love to ride around in a 6.0 V8, patrol car! Still not giving up on becoming a cop!

I had a 94 9C1 Caprice I bought at auction from Santa Ana PD. I painted it all black and it had the spotlights with some decent muscle car wheels. Still the car I regret selling the most. I want another one or a 94-96 Impala SS but I might end up with one of these new Caprices once I get my bachelors in criminal justice done next year. LAPD here I come.

I live in LA and haven't seen one yet.. Seen the Dodge ones though...

In LA you don't need a fast cop car, you just need back up on demand.. Too much traffic...

I miss my CHP caprice..i barried the needle on 10fwy one night and the **** still kept pulling,mine was silver with a spot light and even discovered a padlock box under the car!!

now i gotta get a dui on purpose in 2012 just to take a ride in that caprice!!!

Good upgrade from an outdated crown vic IMO... Hopefully these chevys are as reliable as those fords though... Last crown vic ive owned, had 450K miles on original motor....

the back its a impala...the front is a g8, the sides is just piece of ****..

amazing what it has on it,,,

or just apply for a ride along, much cheaper and you get to ride in the front seat without the steel bracelets

only the GXP had the 6.2.The GTs had the 6.0
