Default Who to tune with?

well once my cars done i will need it fully tuned. im not lookin to make crazy amounts of power just want it to run good and whoop some *** on the freeways. anyways i would like CMS to tune it but theyre hella far away from me. I know Haddad but dont think he likes touching project cars much anymore. i wouldnt mind even just a decent street tune.

car specs:

1987 IROC
2001 4.8l (bone stock)
T56 w/LS7 clutch
Victor jr. intake w/fuel rail kit
low profile elbow
90-92mm TB (havent got it yet)
24x12x3 intercooler
60lb injectors
255lph fuel pump
T70 turbo
adjustable wastegate (8psi-12psi) lookin to run around 8psi

i ordered a computer that theyre tuning for a stock 4.8l with a t56 and vats off. could i (for the time being) run a boost reference fuel pressure regulator?

I'd take the drive to CMS. I used to work right across the street Haddad and have seen and heard some really nice GTO's, G8, vettes, and 5th gens. I've seen a 4th gen in there but never roll out of there, much less a 3rd. I've heard a few horror stories too. When I was looking for a build he quoted me some crazy $'s. So I guess I might be a little bias. I've heard nothing but good bout CMS.

we are a long drive, but i feel we are worth it, plus i have alot of experience tuning turbo cars, and turbo swap cars.... if everything is in proper mechanical/electrical condition when it comes in for the tune, it should not take me much longer then 4 hours for me to tune it...

Like i said i would love to have him tune it but no way to get it out there. Unless i can get someone to throw some sorta tune on it so id be able to drive it. I dont think ill make a 2+ hour drive runnin on a stock 4.8l tune with me havin the turbo and 60lb injectors.

Ryne can you pm me some pricing.

Oh and ls1ya the only reason you dont see 4th gens come out of Haddads anymore is cause he doesnt really touch them anymore. His businees is mostly gto's,g8's, vettes and 5th gens. Plus that place has changed alot the past couple of years.

There's also Charlie at rpm in Santa clarita, and also I'm sure George Laura would do it as well if you rented some Dyno time somewhere, both good local options
