What's up killer-ls1 I'm going to.call you 200+MPH lol

I live in downtown Los Angeles.

Original plan was 91+ Meth but I'm scared of pump failure. And the nearest e85 station is 7 miles away. I figure with a 55 gallon drum is be OK.

I'm currently discussing the whole E85 setup with FBODYJUNKIE MARTIN. I'm impressed with all the benefits of going E85 but I don't know if its the right choice anymore after looking at the prices E85 is $3.60 while 91 is $3.9* and I have a pump in front of my house.

**** this is so difficult.

91gas pump. E85 is 12 miles away and takes 45 -1 HR to get there due to how much traffic that area produces daily!

As long as you get a name brand meth pump, you'll be fine. Get an aeromotive interceptor or similar OBD2 gauge that can monitor knock (then if your pump dies and you get knock, to know instantly... you can still drive normal if it was to go out)... ive had mine over 5 years without an issue.

I live in Victorville and we're running a similar setup except I'm running a tbss manifold, FAST 65lb injector,76mm/.96, 04 LS6 cam, -8AN feed & -6AN return. We have VP 100 & 104 at the pump at a Arco 4-5 miles away from me. But I'll be spraying Meth too(I almost said "doing Meth) as that fuel is like $8+ a gallon.

I love your car by the way!!! Getting that out there first.

I wish I was as far as you, if I could sell this damn LT1 I would start buying more stuff and start mocking my Turbo, hopefully when I get mine done and tuned. We could hit the track it'll be my first time. Lol

Have you thought about which company your going to do business with?

if you can get e85, then run it... there is no comparison between pump and meth versus e85... the stuff flat out makes big power... i have been tuning many cars on e85 lately, pretty basic, just need to know your stoich values, and a few other things..

I'm to much of a nut Tucker on this one. I was pumped about running e85 and having a 55 gallon drum at home as my source of fuel station lol but I have family that lives far and I want to enjoy my very first modded car and go on beach cruises , I even considered carrying (2) 5gallon tanks of e85 but that's pretty stupid from a safety perspective lol

Ryne I'm definitely going to visit you guys when I have this sorted out to get a Dyno tune
Hopefully I can make some good numbers with 91 and Meth. I know I wont see 9sec passes but that's the goal when money is right.
