so was driving my car yesterday and got the bright idea to take it up to 4500 rpm, just to see if it would stay together so maybe I could get it tuned next weekend. Well engine did stay together but seems that somewhere above 4k it started leaking oil out the rear of the block, alot. I pulled over and was down about a half quart, or so. Doesnt seem to leak oil below 4.5k, started the cat today and let it idle and saw no leaks.

Here is my gun updates lol. Been a lot of action for me the last month or so:
1. Bought a remington 700 sps varmint 300wsm with a 26" heavy barrel (saving for bad *** 1000yrd+ scope)
2. Bought an AR15 lower receiver
3. Bought back my HK USP compact 9mm from nz12's whom I sold it to ~1 year ago lol
4. Sold my Beretta Elite II .40cal......but it was a trade for labor on the camaro
5. Received my CCW application as well but I predict my driving record might finally bite me in the ***
Now I'm in the market for a .45 pistol as well!!!......and a scope.....and AR parts.....and car parts......etc.....it never ends lol

yeah well so much for today at famoso. Pulled the duals off (mistake), she loaded up so bad she would not run. brought her home, put the exhaust back on, changed the plugs and we'll try again tomorrow......... That was frustration, but hopefully she'll get in the tens tomorrow!!!!!!!!!

MY UPDATE 3-7-09:
Nate said my crank is ready and waiting at the shop. My parts (main bearings and flexplate) will be here on Tuesday. Hopefully he can slam that SOB into my block within' a week or so and it'll be time to button her all back up! Once he gets the crank in it should all come together rather quickly. I worked out a trade with another friend of mine for the labor to cram it all back under my hood :rocker:
