yea dude, they have the stuff in the back... That place is like 5 miles from my house. There are 2 pumps that say 100. Nice pick on the pup!

I would like to make it up to one of the test n tunes to see what my pile can run.. just need some lighter wheels, and tires that are drag strip friendly!

Eh that's over-rated buddy, I ran with stock TA wheels and ET street radials, didn't beat on the rear end and still pulled 1.70 60's. Could've gotten that thing into the 11's if I beat on it and sped shift, didn't want that ol 7.5" throwing up gears on the track!

BTW - I don't see you over on the site man, what the hell? I thought we were friends! LOL

Yep, cen-cal baby. =) Always hearing about norcal and so cal but never cen-cal. Been up for 3 weeks now, 45 members, could always use more. We're heading to the drags on the 21st, then again on the 7th, then Pinks - All out on the 12th (i'll be there 11th and 12th). You're welcome to join us. Also, there's a race at buttonwillow coming up that a couple members are going to, might be fun.

18's + street tires = no traction... I'd rather do it right and put some **** on that will hook!

anyone here grind the rear brakes on a +'98 LS1 camaro\firebird for the 15x10 welds and how safe did you really feel? I'm thinking of doing this or getting some other 15" wheel that'll fit.

I need a power steering pump + bracket for an F-body, someone local has to have one. =( I have a full set of truck accessories/brackets/intake to pan, harness, PCM and a set of 4.8 heads (862 with 4.8 stamped on the backside of the intake runners).

Lets say I put some 373s in my car, would that make it easier to hook or more difficult? Basically I want some dam traction.

It'll hook less technically, it'll apply more torque instantly which'll help break the tires loose. Get some good drag radials and you'll hook no problem with 3.73's and a stall.

I have 315/35/17 hoosiers. My front shocks need replaced, other than that I have decent suspension components. Dont wanna get different wheels, not sure if I want to put 373s in a stock rear end so I can run a tire with more sidewall. How much help would front shocks be?
