Default Had my short stay in Scottsdale......

Just came back from Scottsdale. I was there for a week with the car.Car ran like a champ on the highway ( running 75 - 80 all the way ) Damn there are not to many gas stations that have higher than 92 octane. I have never had my car knock so much.LOL. 112 degrees does not help either.
Love Scottsdale and really want to move down there. One day.
Saw a few F Bodys but mostly BIG Suvs with Big wheels. Lots of Vettes though.
Cheers to you guys for a great place Arizona.

You by chance get to make the car show at the Pavilions? Phoenix/Scottsdale is a great place to live. The summers can get a little hot sometimes but the other 8months out of the year are unbelievable. Can't complain about wearing shorts and sandals year round to much.

No I did not make it to the show. Wish I knew about it though. It was hot when I was there 112. Nice.

91 octane is all I've found. I'm from illinois, so I'm used to seeing 93.

Wait you found 92? Where? I've lived here for 10 years now and still haven't even seen that. There is like two stations that sell 100 but thats $$$....Either way Phoenix/Scottsdale is alright and yes like you said not many F bodies but plenty of Corvettes....You only see a lot of F bodies if they're your friends or if you're at a shop...

Not many F-bodies in AZ? You need to check out the Arizona F-body Association

http://www.azfba.com/

And, yeah, 92 is the best your going to find around here. You just have to tune around it (or delete cats, O2's etc. and go with higher octane leaded fuel).
