damn, ws6 rampage got kinda heated there. Sounded like your head was gunna blow up for a minute. I have met Rob and he seems like a good guy and I have seen some of his cars go very fast. But I have also seen some of the shady work that his shop has done that has caused one lawsuit that I know of. Haddad motorsports is a newer shop with a growing reputation that does excellent work. Number one priority over there is customer satisfaction. They get my vote.

But you might want to wait for Rainbow motorsports to open up. That might take some time though. I think they were supposed to open summer of 2006?

Yeah wtf Ryne why isn't Rainbow Motorsports open?

+1 for Rob @ Strictly. He had some very impressive cars sitting there, and definitely did a good job working on the car we took there, very fair, good prices, and a real good tune. The car was done in a very timely matter too, infact sooner than expected.

1.)... It was a dumb *** response to an honest question by someone who thought he was being funny and who obviously didn't have any better ******* answer to give! ...

2.)... What Lawsuit?!! ..... Robs never been sued by anyone who's had a valid reason to sue!

3.)... "But I have also seen some of the shady work that his shop has done that has caused one lawsuit that I know of. ".......Such as?!

The lawsuit involving a blue drag truck. The motor that was built for it was claimed to handle a claimed 800 hp. After the project was taking forever to complete and nothing was happening with it after giving rob tens of thousands of dollars the truck finally gets towed over to Haddad motorsports. Over at Haddad's they took the heads of the motor in the truck to reveal a factory cast piston shortblock. So that is the shady work and lawsuit that I am speaking of.

In addition the customer originally brought in a pre smog truck (I forget which year) and Rob then sold the truck to buy the guy a post smog truck (1977 I think) that was already tubbed with slicks on it. Rob wanted to swap the VIN numbers or already had ( I don't remember exactly). And the suspension on the new truck was a hacked up mess. But if this kinda work doesn't bother you then feel free to have your car worked on over there. I am sure that he has built many fast cars that worked out well but lying to the customer isn't cool.
