Ryne's secret bucks came from his rich daddy's bank account, we all know that.

I vote Haddad personally. I am a personal friend of his, but he honestly does amazing work. I dont let ANYONE work on my cars except me and Haddad. He will work with you on your budget and they dont do anything unless its perfect.
