Question Has anyone done the passenger window relay fix?

I just got my passenger window fix kit from WS6 store and was wondering if anyone had done this before?

How hard was it to do...etc...

thanks

If the kit is from Auto Trix I have done about half a dozen. The kit works well but requires more cutting than I like. It is a great idea. I had a buddy of mine make up a plug and play kit with Delphi (OE GM connectors) that works great! Only cutting is a slice in the grommet to run the power wire.

Wow, I wish I'd talked to you before I bought the kit from Auto Trix. lol

I suck at electrical, but I'm sure I can hack my way through it.

Thanks for the reply.

I'd talk to PCS9449 if I were you...he has a plug-n-play system, or if you don't mind the cutting, splicing, etc...the WS6 Store has a kit for sale. Everyone that has done it says it is easy to do.

I just got mine in the mail today, and will probably do it this weekend.

Well, you need the kit...I couldn't name off all the parts; wires and relays I guess. lol

And the step by step instructions are here: www.autotrix.net/windowfix.html

I don't even know what the point of buying the kit is when the wiring diagram is right on the how to page

I am in the same boat as you with the wiring, but my passenger window is getting slower and slower, I have to do it.
