like i said in the other thread, my dyno was reading about right on with a dynojet...... but about a week before you came to my shop i start to run into issues with my dyno, i terms of readings being low, i have never denied this, nor have i claimed otherwise.......... why dont you seriously get over this vendetta against my shop, your car doesnt knock, and has proper a/f you say with your own two eyes, get over it, your butt dyno is not a accurate tool for you 120,000+ mile camaro.
No one pays me to talk **** or i would be a very wealthy, when have i talked **** about cms? quote me on something bad i said about them. You have been on his nuts ever since i joined this site will, sorry if im being a *** but thats how i see it. I don't think rynes a nice guy but people always post saying he is, I meet him once in palm springs and he was a *** plus full of himself.

all bs aside ryne, u mention over and over that my car has 120,000 miles but it doesnt prove anything....when i 1st took the car it had 118,000 miles and the car was strong ...soooooo 2k miles later it should be running slower?....im not sure what ur trying to prove by saying this over and over but is that what ur trying to tell me, that my car is running like **** because it has 120,000 miles?.... like i said b4 arfter i get it tuned again and find out this had NOTHING to do with ur tune i will call u and say sorry to u and apoligize on a thread on here...i have no prob with that, if im wrong im wrong.....

I see myself as a very active member on this board. I am not a mechanic nor have I EVER claimed to be. I am a Systems Engineer in Information Technology yet I do see a problem with all this hate going on and I will put in my two cents in a PROFESSIONAL manner, unlike a lot of the people here. Take this advice as someone who's been to CMS and had a positive experience and will likely be back. Take my words with a grain of salt. These are just thoughts of an outsider knowing two of the parties involved.
While I do agree that "numbers" don't mean anything, it's been said over and over and over how inconsistent CMS NUMBER are lately. This is not to say Ryne's tune isn't good but the numbers claimed have been very inconsistent and that raises some concern for me, not for the tune but the validity of the claimed numbers.

Xpeditious, While I have read a lot I have to also agree with you on something. When ANYONE posts for a recommendation to a shop everybody and thier mother claims CMS IS THE BEST and will bash on you if you take your car anywhere else. WTF is up with that? People who have never been to CMS talk about it like thier temple. I whole-heartly respect and admire Xpeditious stepping up and recommending OTHER shops outside of everyone else's religion. C'mon people.. this is the western region board not the CMS board. Why jump all in his case for giving the person looking for a shop options?

This stuff bothers me for obvious reasons but this is similar to those religous people knocking at my door at 7am on a saturday morning trying to force upon thier beliefs onto others.. and will not even keep an open mind as to what anyone else has to say that will contradict thier beliefs. Just my two cents but to each his own.

Seriously, from me to you: If you think that Ryne did something to your tune to cause your car to "run like ****" you are wrong. Get it retuned somewhere else then and see if it makes any difference if youre deadset on this. But seriously, do you even have any idea of what you think he may have done to your tune to get the "****" feeling? Do you have any possible reason for why it is that way?
It isnt knocking, AF is where it should be (now), timing is correct, what else do you think could even be the problem?? Your butt dyno isn't the most reliable way to tell how your car is running. You act like he sabotaged your car or something and that's definitely not the case

Please explain to us how a certain dyno can fluxuate its readings from one week to the next? Unless it was not calibrated properly or something mechanical has changed. If you have already answered this then disregaurd my question.

Hopefully you realize there is MUCH MUCH more to tunning than simple a/f and timing. Especially when a customer is complaining about a car running/feeling like ****. What difference does it make how many miles a car has on the odo. HP&tq is still hp&tq
